Tuition fees 2026/2027

What each year costs.
Each figure is the total for one school year. Select a row for the term and monthly breakdown.
Term and monthly figures are the published annual fee divided as described above. The Financial Officer confirms the exact schedule for your child before anything is signed. Fees may be subject to yearly adjustments based on economic factor changes. IB Admissions and Examination Fees for Grades 11 and 12 are not included.
How payment works
The schedule.
- Ten instalments
- The fee for the full academic year is payable in ten monthly instalments.
- Due date
- Payment is due up to the 10th of every month.
- Summer
- No payment in July or August.
- Joining mid-year
- Families who join during the year have the fee divided into monthly payments from the point their child starts.
- Bank transfers
- State the student’s name and surname, the grade and the reason, for example “John Smith, 9th Grade, Enrollment Fee”.
- Invoices
- Contact the Financial Officer early if you need one.
- Late payment
- A payment missed after the 10th costs any discount for that month. Once the payment is recorded the discount returns for the next instalment. The discount for the missed month is not reinstated.
Discounts
Five options. Choose one.
The discounts do not add together. A family picks the single option they qualify for.
Referrals
2,000 PLN for recommending the school.
Current IAS families who refer a new family receive a 2,000 PLN tuition credit, applied to the following academic year once the referred child is enrolled and the registration fee is paid.
- Name us first
- The referred family gives the referring parent’s name at their first contact with admissions, before application documents are submitted.
- No limit
- There is no cap on the number of referrals.
- Credit only
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another family.
- New referrals
- The programme is not applied retroactively.

Enrolment fee
Annual enrolment fee: 4,000 PLN.
A yearly, non-refundable and non-deductible fee that guarantees the place. It covers reservation of the place, loaned books and online services.
- It secures the place
- A place in a class is confirmed only once the enrolment fee is recorded by the school.
- Returning students
- Students applying for a new school year who have paid the fee provide a certificate of promotion from their class.
- The 30 September rule
- If a student does not arrive at school by 30 September, the place and the enrolment fee are forfeited, unless there is a written request for an extension.
- Books
- Some books and online services may cost extra depending on the subjects a student chooses.
What you are paying for
Included in tuition.
- The school day
- Full-time education from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, with Wednesdays extended for club hours. Lower Elementary is open from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Examinations
- American and Polish diploma examinations, accredited through Cognia and the Polish Ministry of Education.
- IB accreditation
- The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. In Middle School, the Middle Years Programme, where IAS is an MYP candidate school. Candidate status is a stage in the IB authorisation process and does not mean authorisation has been granted.
- Pastoral care
- The pastoral care programme, including the school psychologist on site.
- Medical care
- On-site medical care.
- Sport
- Sports organised by the school under the physical education programme, indoor and outdoor, including swimming.
- University counselling
- Course and university counselling.
- Books and platforms
- Loaned textbooks and workbooks, and school learning platforms.
Not included
Costs that sit outside tuition.
Examination fees
ISA, and the IB Examinations and IB Admissions fees.
EAL lessons
English as an Additional Language, for students entering below B1 on the CEFR scale.
School trips
In Warsaw, around Poland and abroad.
Pamoja courses
Pamoja subject courses taken online.
Transport
The bus service is arranged with the operator and paid separately.
Lunch
Meals are ordered and paid for through the catering system.
Extra books or online services may also apply, depending on a student’s subject choices.
EAL
English as an Additional Language.
EAL is a paid programme for students in Grades 6 to 10 who enter IAS below B1 on the CEFR scale.
- Who it applies to
- Students in Grades 6 to 10 identified as English language learners are placed in the MYP course Language Acquisition, and may be required to join EAL if they are below B1 on entry.
- How much teaching
- Between 4 and 8 hours a week, in a small group, covering reading, writing, listening and speaking. Students are taught, monitored and tested by the EAL department.
- The current fee
- Ask the office for the valid EAL fee.
- Joining or leaving mid-year
- If a child joins later in the year, or leaves the programme, the invoice is adjusted and parents are charged only for lessons held.
- Other languages
- EAL students may not attend other language classes, because of the intensive support they receive.
