Admissions for 2026/2027 are open
Apply to the International American School of Warsaw using the steps below. Your enrollment will be considered complete when the Admissions Office has received your application, signed educational agreement, all relevant transcripts/certificates, and the enrollment fee.
Please complete a separate application for each child.
IAS welcomes new students all year round. Once your application is finished, an Admissions Officer will reach out to you to finalize the process.

Your welcome letter
If accepted, you will be added to our mailing list and a welcome letter will be sent to you.
Waiting List Policy - Places for 2026/2027 are limited
We urge parents to apply as soon as possible. Majority of classes are full for the new academic year.
The IAS Waiting List Policy Procedure is enacted once the parent pays the enrollment fee. Only once this payment is made the child will be placed on the waiting list for a class. We operate on merit basis and the enrollment fee is only reimbursed if IAS is not able to provide a place within 2 months.
Useful information before completing the form
- If you wish to enroll more than one child, you will need to complete the application steps twice.
- Please complete your application online.
- Please provide 3 ID photos.
- Please send educational documentation (certificates and transcripts of grades from the last two years of study) to [email protected]
- Classroom places are limited, so please make sure they are available before starting the recruitment process.
- If the year group is full, ask admissions about the waiting list.
- Recruitment is also possible during the school year.
- In addition to online application, it is necessary to submit two copies of the educational contract to our office.
- After receiving your application, the Admissions Office will contact you to confirm receipt.
- Students applying for a new school year that paid the enrollment fee, need to provide a certificate of promotion from their particular class.
