A private bus service runs door to school across the districts where IAS families live, and the campus is a short walk from Kabaty at the southern end of metro line one.

A dedicated school bus, run with Little Monsters
IAS has partnered with Little Monsters, an established professional transport company, to provide a dedicated student transport service for IAS families from the 2026/2027 academic year.
Little Monsters has over 16 years of experience and specialises in the safe transport of children and students, including services for international schools. The service is operated by licensed professional drivers, with vehicles suited to school and child transport, and communication with parents throughout the journey.
During the first week of school we are organising the first IAS routes and registrations. Routes are built around the number of participating students and where they live across Warsaw and the surrounding areas. Where several families live in the same area, a regular route can be established. Individual arrangements may also be possible for families outside the main routes.

Parents contract directly with the transport provider, including the fees and the service agreement. As a guide, the monthly cost is usually somewhere between 600 and 1,100 PLN per child, depending on the route and how far it runs. A reduced rate applies for a third child. Final pricing is confirmed once the routes are set.
Please confirm your interest during this first week of school. The first routes will be finalised on the registrations and locations received.

The bus is not part of tuition. Families arrange it directly with Little Monsters, who hold licence number 245/2024 for passenger transport. More at monsters.com.pl.
This is the question that decides where a family lives, so it is worth answering plainly. There are two ways to reach IAS: a private bus that collects from home, or the metro, which stops five minutes from the gate.
The bus
IAS partners with a private bus company for door to school transport. Pick up and drop off points depend on where families live and are set by the operator, not by the school.
Two things follow from that, and both matter before you sign a lease. The service is not covered by tuition, so families arrange it directly with the operator and pay separately. And responsibility for the journey rests with the bus company and with parents or legal guardians, not with the school.
Routes are rebuilt each year around where that year’s families actually live, which is why no timetable is printed here. Ask the office for the current routes before you commit to a district, because the honest answer changes annually.
Districts the service has reached
Ursynów and Kabaty, Mokotów, Wilanów, Śródmieście, Powiśle, Saska Kępa, Praga, Żoliborz, Ochota, Ursus, Piaseczno, Konstancin, Józefów, Raszyn, Powsin and Góra Kalwaria. Treat that as a guide to where families have lived, not a promise of a stop.
Confirm the school place before you choose the district. A cross city school run twice a day shapes family life more than the flat does.
The metro
The campus sits close to Kabaty station, at the southern end of metro line one, which puts most of the city on a single line with no change. Many older students travel in on their own, and most staff commute without a car. For a family arriving without one, that is usually the deciding fact.
