Grade 5 Museum Trip
On Tuesday the students from the 5th grade went to the Old Town of Warsaw to visit the magic world of the Museum of Dollhouses and toys which consists of over 150 fully equipped classic dollhouses, as well as shops, schools, hospitals, hairdressers, service points and other objects. The exhibits come from all over the world, the oldest ones are over 200 years old.
After lunch there was an opportunity to admire the panorama of Warsaw from the view terrace of the Bell Tower of St Anne’s Church in Warsaw.
The last part of the trip was a walk through the Old Town and photo sessions at a variety of places and monuments.
Grade 6 & 7 Zoo Trip
On 11th June, classes 6th and 7th went on an integrational trip to the Warsaw Zoo. The
pupils had the opportunity to see animals from all over the world, find out where they
live and what they eat. During the trip the children had a great time and enjoyed
themselves. After the zoo visit we went to a restaurant to eat together.
Green School Grade 09-10
Our trip to Gąsienica was an unforgettable adventure filled with fun and excitement. We began with a delightful Highlanders’ meeting at the Regional Chamber in Gąsienica, where we were treated to captivating stories about the first settlers, pastoral customs, bandits, and regional music and costumes. The tales were enriched with unconventional highlander humor, making the experience both educational and entertaining.
Next, we embarked on a guided walking trip to Hala Gąsienicowa. Along the way, we marveled at the famous Bethlehem building of the Polish Mountaineering Association. We took a short break at the Murowaniec shelter before continuing our journey to the stunning Czarny Staw Gąsienicowy.
Our exploration of Zakopane was another highlight. Strolling along Krupówki, the renowned promenade, we soaked in the vibrant atmosphere. The elegant highland pubs and charming carts selling oscypek cheese, kierpce, lace, and other souvenirs added to the charm of the place.
The meals were a treat in themselves, starting with a hearty breakfast, a delicious dinner, and ending the day with a bonfire and sausages, creating a perfect setting for camaraderie.
The excitement continued at the 2-hectare Arena Mocy paintball training ground, where we participated in thrilling paintball competitions and integration games. Competing in teams and completing tasks against the clock fostered teamwork and friendly rivalry.
Our trip wouldn’t have been complete without some lighthearted fun, and karaoke in the car provided just that, adding a joyful note to our journey.
Overall, the trip was a perfect blend of culture, adventure, and fun, leaving us with wonderful memories and a longing to return.
