Dear IAS Shoutouts,
It has been a delightful week welcoming our students and parents to the start of the 2025/2026 school year. It is wonderful to see our students already thinking about how to make this their best year yet.
In that spirit, I am thrilled to announce the two teams running for Student Council President and Vice-President. Their campaigns begin today, and the candidates are:
- Aysha (for President) and Ola (for Vice-President)
- Daria (for President) and Anastasiia (for Vice-President)
We are excited to watch the campaign process unfold next week. Empowering student voice through leadership opportunities like this is how we achieve great things together as a community.

Timetables
A revised school timetable has been published on Edupage. This new schedule will come into effect on Monday morning. All students and parents are kindly asked to check Edupage carefully for any changes to their classes. https://iaswarsaw.edupage.org/
Clubs
We are currently finalising the lists and staffing for clubs. These will start from the 15th September. Next week there will be more details of the choices in the bulletin and posted around school. Please keep an eye out for these.
Student ID Cards Update
We are awaiting the final step from ZTM, who are adding the public transport chips to the new student ID cards. We expect them to be ready for distribution in approximately 2-3 weeks. Parents will be notified by email as soon as they arrive.
Access to eRegister (Vulcan)
The rollout of our new eRegister system is continuing. We plan to share login access for both parents and students within the next two weeks. Please look out for a separate email with instructions.

Update Student Information
